My name is Dion Rinaldo and I have been working with Selwyn and Around the well for over 6 months now.

I had been working part time with my client for quite some time and we both encountered many challenges with providers and support co-ordination that resulted in some significantly negative outcomes.

The turning point literally came when Around the well came onboard and started providing the systemic support that was needed and allowed myself and my client to start making plans and achieving goals which were years in the making.

Some of these include improved physical and mental health, more support from providers and community services and access to services such as job support, therapy support and financial support - which were previously either inadequate or non-existent.

Although it has been very much a team effort I wholeheartedly believe most of it wouldn’t have been possible without the support of Selwyn and his team.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank them and look forward to continuing our work in the future.

We have been with Selwyn for years now and he is our first and only Support Coordinator we ever want.
He really cares about us and our son as not only clients but as people as well, while still being professional at the same time.

We feel so blessed to have Kellie as our coordinator for my brother who has such complex physical, emotional and medical needs. Kellie is so efficient in sourcing and managing professional services with things such as such as Physio, Nutrition, Behaviour Management, Speech Pathology and Occupational therapy to name some. She also ensures my brother has all the products and equipment needed to for him to live his best possible life as well as organising and advocating for the best possible NDIS funding to cover his needs. We couldn’t do it without Kellie and the services of Around the Well. All the work they do frees me up to concentrate on looking after our elderly parents and family. We have full confidence in all Kellie does and would recommend this service to anyone wanting the best possible outcomes for their loved ones who have a disability. The quality of life and care my brother has now is just wonderful and definitely attributed to the huge input of Around the Well.

Lindi has been a support in our family journey with the providing a pathway for our teenage daughter leaving school and moving towards the skills and opportunities that she is looking for as a independent young adult. Listening to her aspirations and our family voice, searching for agencies and professionals that will support her growth into the future. Lifting us up with ideas and services that are there to match what we need and when we need. It’s hard, but Lindi made us feel we weren’t alone.

Lindi provides NDIS support coordination for our family. She has always demonstrated values of authenticity, commitment and respect when helping us to seek out appropriate services and preparing for NDIS plan reviews. Lindi has an impressive knowledge of the NDIS, conducts herself in a professional, yet caring manner, and is a strong advocate for the families she supports. Lindi has been the Support Coordinator for our son for 2 years now and we have found her to be the best thing that has happened to benefit our son since he was introduced to the NDIA/NDIS program. Nothing is too much trouble for Lindi to follow up on and she is very capable, thorough and organised and has a great work ethic. We have found Lindi to be very approachable and forthcoming with suggestions for available products or suitable assistance providers. We have regular meetings together for the management of funding and to discuss any particular circumstances or issues that require following up.
We cannot speak highly enough of Lindi’s efforts and we are most appreciative.
